S-AMAB (self-assigned male at birth) is a term for those who self-assign as being assigned male at birth, even if that wasn't what their actual assigned sex was. It was coined as exclusive to intersex individuals.[1]

The AFAB counterpart is S-AFAB, and the AIAB/AXAB is S-AIAB/S-AXAB.[1]

Common Definitions
