Misconceptions about Queerphobia
Internalized Queerphobia
Although many people assume that you can't be queerphobic if you are queer or LGBT+, queerphobia can also come from people inside the community and doesn't just come from queern't or conformant individuals. For example, a non-binary person may still exclude other non-binary community people from the community, and a lesbian or vincian person can still be biphobic. One can also be queerphobic to someone with the same identity or have internalized homophobia, which can result from queerphobia coming from other people or within one's household.
