Queern't
Queern't (also known as unqueer) is a term for those that are not queer. This means that they are perioriented and heterosexual, are allo- in all types of attraction, are cisgender, etc.
The term can be used as an alternative to "cishet" to keep the term from becoming too complicated.
Queern't individuals may or may not be allies.
History
The first known use of the word unqueer was on Urban Dictionary. The entry was created by beer-faerie on March 22, 2019.[3]
The term queern't was coined by FANDOM user Someconfusedfurry on December 13-14, 2020.[2]
Two flags created for queern't allies was created by FANDOM user Uncertified Funny on June 30-July 1, 2020.[1]
A flag for queern't individuals was created by Tumblr user conformant-archive on October 3, 2024.[4]
