Cryptidgender (Neurogender)

Not to be confused with Cryptidgender (Xenogender).

Cryptidgender is a xenogender and neurogender identity in which one's gender can only be understood in the context of a psychotic disorder. It feels inconsistent, hard to make sense of, disordered, and/or disconnected from reality. This gender differs from pyschogender in the sense that one feels as though theey are experiencing gender from a nonhuman perspective, possibly feeling supernatural, mythical, or even strange as a result of their psychotic disorder.
