Medicthing is a xenogender identity in which one's gender is related to being a medic and a thing; a medicthing. It is part of the genderthing system.
History
Medicthing was coined on December 31st, 2022 by Tumblr user gardendoggy. The post was part of the #genderthing blog. It was requested by another Tumblr user, anon.
Flag
The flag was designed by gardendoggy on the same day. The flag consists of orange, white, light maroon, to maroon stripes, and a turquoise-ish medic symbol on the center. In the alternate flag, there is only orange, white, light maroon, to maroon stripes.
