Syntheticgender or APgender (AP stands for Artificial Person) is a technogender identity in which one's gender is related to identifying as a "biomechanical humanoid that closely resembles humans in both appearance and actions"[2] and/or is connected to the Weyland-Yutani Corporations synthetics. This gender is exclusive to fans of the Alien franchise or individuals whose special interest revolves around it.[1]
