The Gender Alignment Process (GAP) refers to the holistic journey of aligning one’s external realities—such as physical characteristics, societal roles, and legal documentation — with their authentic gender identity (verigender). GAP is an inclusive and non-linear framework that respects the diversity of individual experiences while removing the binary-centric implications of traditional "transition" terminology
