Boy+
Boy+ (also called man+ or guy+) is a term for when one is completely a boy/man/etc, plus additional genders. One is not partially a boy/man/etc or fluctuating/fluid in gender, but is 100%, completely a boy/man/etc, with other genders added on. For example, one may hoard genders or have many genders, but feel as though their other genders are simply additional genders while their main gender is boy/man/etc.
The female equivalent is girl+. The nonbinary equivalent is nonbinary+.
History
The term was coined by Tumblr user moonviewcrew on May 27, 2021. The flag was included in the coining post.[1]
A man+ flag was created by Tumblr user ryanyflags on December 9, 2021.[2]
A simplified boy+ flag was created by Tumblr user mogaiscientist on August 6, 2023.[3]
