Svokontrolic is a gender identity in which one's gender is connected to, affected by, or otherwise related to breaking free from mind control. Alternatively or additionally, it may be a gender which feels like it is breaking free from being mind controlled.

Svokontrolic may be considered a neurogender and/or traumatagender, and is exclusive to those who have experienced and/or have trauma surrounding mind control/brainwashing/programming.[1] This also applies to exotrauma and trauma from delusions.[2]

History

Both svokontrolic flags were designed by Tumblr user pupyuzu on October 6, 2021.[1] Clarifications regarding the exclusivity of the term were made on the same day as the coining.[2]
