PeonyBoy is a microlabel identity describing one who identifies with a masculine gender(s), but presents in a feminine way.

While they are similar, peonyboy is different from femboy and tomgirl; these describe someone who identifies as male, but a peonyboy can identify as any masculine gender(s).

History

Both peonyboy flags were coined on August 5, 2025, by Fandom user Reficul000.[1]
