Kocirine is a non-xenic neogender identity/umbrella term for genders similar to scene, neon, and/or high contrast aesthetics.

As an identity, kocirine may or may not feel chaotic, cluttered, bright, high contrast, clashing, hyper, and/or "cringe". It may also describe one's gender being related to scene and neon aesthetics, having a lot of clashing and contrasting genders, and/or some combination of those things.

Kocirine is not a xenogender,[1] though some terms under its umbrella may be. Related pronouns can be found here.
