Femmascspike
Femmascspike is a genderspike identity in which one is normally a female/feminine/fiaspec gender(s), but occasionally experiences a spike of a male/masculine/miaspec gender(s).
Mascfemspike is the "opposite" of femmascspike; the base is the masculine gender(s), and it occasionally spikes to the feminine gender(s).
