Mascfemspike is a genderspike identity in which one is normally a male/masculine/miaspec gender(s), but occasionally experiences a spike of a female/feminine/fiaspec gender(s).
Femmascspike is the "opposite" of mascfemspike; one is normally a feminine gender(s) but spikes to a masculine gender(s).
