Cibinsync

Cibinsync describes someone whose gender and sex are congruous. It is not the same as cis, because it includes medically transitioned transgender/transsex individuals. Trans and Cis both refer to sex/gender assigned at birth. Cibinsync refers to someone's current gender and sex. Cibinsync is an important term to have because it unifies trans and cis individuals with the present rather than separating them by the past, as sex is capable of modification, but origin is not.

Further Explanation

A cisgender person may not be necessarily cibinsync, because cisgender refers to someone who identifies with the gender they were assigned at birth, even partially. Which means a cisgender person may share a gender that makes them transgender (someone who is multigender and trisgender) especially if they have a gender that does not have a matching sex (non-binary). Furthermore, cisgender people may also be transsexual even if their gender is not trans, because sex and gender are not identical.

Example

An AMAB wolffian is not the same as a cisgender wolffian, and also not the same as a trans wolffian. An AMAB wolffian is someone who was assigned male at birth and is still biologically male, a cissex wolffian, regardless of gender. This includes pre-operation transgender women. A cisgender wolffian is someone who was assigned male at birth and is still male, in their gender and in their biology. Yet despite their differences, they are both cibinsync. Biological sex does not refer to AGAB.

A transgender individual who is cibinsync is not necessarily synonymous to a transsex transgender person, because their sex may not be altered to match their gender. Someone who is wolffian and miaspec/wergender, or someone who is muellerian and fiaspec/wifgender can be either cis or trans because they are cibinsync; their sex synchronizes with their gender. Both the cis and trans person that are wolffian and miaspec are biologically male, even if they were or were not when they were born.

Non-binary people can still be cibinsync, though it minutely includes androgynes, intergenders and other binaric genders, as well as people who are agender and angenital.

The opposite of cibinsync is dysphansync, however this exclusive to trans people.
