Bigorexgender is a neurogender identity in which one's gender is related to one's bigorexia. It is therefore exclusive to bigorexic individuals.[2]

The bigorexgender flag has three vertical stripes. The yellow stripes represents neurogenders, the lighter purple stripe represents being genderqueer, and the darker purple stripe represents being out of the gender binary.[1]
