The benegender flag was designed by Tumblr user Gendersnoboll on March 21, 2019.

The alternate benegender flag was designed by Mod Che on Mogai-Monarchs on July 3, 2020. From top to bottom, the color meanings are as follows: Light pink represents a feeling of quietness; Dark blue represents the gender feeling soft; Light blue represents the gender just existing; And light purple represents a feeling of gentleness.
