Writegender is a gender identity where one feels being a writer is inherent to their identity to the point of being their gender or eclipsing whatever their gender is.
History
Writegender was coined by Tumblr user tree-writing-eight-stories on September 11, 2021.

The variations in stripe width represent the way books on a bookshelf are not uniform size. The book symbolises stories and storytelling. The orange circle represents one’s gender being eclipsed by their identity as a writer.
