WindowsMEgender is a xenogender gender identity and a subset of windowsgender and OSgender in which one's gender relates to or is connected to the Windows ME operating system in some way. For example, one's gender could be connected to the different aesthetics found in the operating system and the colors used.

The term was coined by Fandom user Another Greenpickles987 on October 18, 2025, alongside genders for other Windows operating systems. There was no flag included in the coining post.[1]
