Sapphicflagic is a -flagic and xenogender gender identity in which one's gender is connected to the sapphic flag in some way. If this is referring to the colors of the flag, then it may also be considered a colorgender.

History

The term was unintentionally coined during the creation of the sapphicgender page by FANDOM user PalkiaHere on January 6, 2025.[2]

13 days later, a coining post containing the term was made by the same user.[3]

The flag was created by Reddit user TheMoonsDream on June 8-9, 2025, after a request from the coiner of the term.[1]
