Hisuigender is a xenogender gender identity under the pokégender umbrella in which one's gender is in some way connected to Hisui, which was Sinnoh during its discovery and settlement[2]. This can include the Hisui forms of Pokémon, the storyline of Pokémon Legends Arceus, etc. It is a subset of sinnohgender.

History

The term was first coined by FANDOM user PalkiaHere in a comment on the kantogender page on January 19, 2025.[1]

Two flags were created by Reddit user TheMoonsDream. The flags were based on the map art for Hisui.
