Hi new diary! I got you at the event my school had where they let us shop for gifts to give to our family! I got stuff for them too, don't worry! But I NEEDED you as soon as I saw you.
I'm Morgan and I'm 12 (in a HALF). I know my name could be a boy name but I'm not a boy btw! I like doodling and making my own characters. I have two siblings and a pet cat named Fern that I love so much! I used to have some fairy diary when I was like 7 that i'd scribble in. But now I'm actually going to write in a journal. Because I'm not 7.
Hm, I don't know what I should write right now. I guess just introducing myself works!

Entry 2: December 18th
Hi diary! It's so close to Christmas and I'm excited! Although, I do have to go see all of my relatives for the 2nd time this year (oh, we have two big things each year and all the family is there. Christmas and the beginning of summer). Which I don't really want to do! My cousins are either way younger and annoying or they're older and it's awkward. There's two kids around my age but they're twins and super close to each other, so I doubt they'll want to hangout with me.
I'll bring you and some drawing stuff (HOPEFULLY the little kids don't take it), so it shouldn't be that bad. I prefer drawing over talking to all my family anyways, since they don't shut up! My aunt has this huge house, so she's hosting. It's only an hour away, which is good!

Entry 3: December 23rd
Hi diary! So today's the day I have to go to aunt Ellen's. Ugh. We're staying overnight so we don't have to drive home super late. I have everything and we're about to go into the car. Wish me luck! I'll write when I can.

We've been here for a bit and people won't leave me alone, which is annoying. Just let me draw in peace! The good news is that there's going to be pretty good food later and I get to sit with the teenagers instead of the babies this time, and that's so much better! The teens don't talk much, being honest. They won't bombard me with dumb questions!

The worst thing just happened. MY ART SUPPLIES WERE TAKEN BY THE STUPID LITTLE KIDS! I was using the bathroom and they stole my paper and coloring kit. I can't find any of it! This is the worst day ever, UGH!

They ruined my supplies! My cousin Ashlen (they're 14) saw the little kids take the stuff and helped me try to find it. But it turns out the kids shredded the paper (both plain and the ones with my art)! And broke my markers. I hate them so much! I hate them! I wish I never went to this place. I want Fern. This is the worst thing that has ever happened to my art.

Hi diary! Guess what? Ashlen gave me markers that they never used. And I got a bunch of new art stuff as well as folders (for my characters)! While i'm still mad at the little kids, at least this happened.

Hi diary! It's the new year! And I will go back to school in 3 days. But hey! I had a break at least!
I've started drawing Fern as a human and I think he likes how I made him look! I like that I can do what I want with drawing without judgement. Kids at school ask me to draw them stuff to color sometimes, and it's fun! I think I should make stickers soon; Ashlen makes pins and they say making stickers is just as fun! So hopefully I'll learn and make some cool stickers! Bye diary!

Hi diary! We're supposed to be getting a new student at school, and I'm excited! I hope they're in my grade.
I've almost started a little drawing business at lunch. I eat in the library and you know how I said kids like me to draw stuff so they can color? Yeah, a bunch of kids are doing that now. I think I'll make pre-drawn sheets to give out as well. Bye diary!

Hi diary! The new kid came yesterday! Her name is Olive and she's in my grade! We have a lot of classes together. She's super nice and I think we'll be friends! I want to be her friend.
I am now called the "coloring queen" at school. It's a cool nickname for sure! It shocks me that I'm so popular now. Kids used to be mean to me and sometimes shove my glasses in my face. Don't ask me why! I never did anything to them. But now that's in the past. Bye diary!

Entry 8: January 16th
Hi diary! Olive likes drawing as well, and we've been doing art challenges together! I think we're friends now!
She said she could help me with all the drawings the other kids want me to do, so now we're both the "coloring queens". I'm so glad she can help, because it's a LOT to do on my own! And also, we're getting our report cards next week, so wish me luck. I think I did okay.
I've started making stickers, too! They don't look the best, but I just started. So far I've made a few of Fern and a few flowers. I'll probably end up decorating everything, but I don't really care! Stickers are cool, especially if I drew them. Bye diary!

Entry 9: January 21st
Hi diary! I went over to Olive's house and it's SO COOL!!!
She has a sewing machine and makes her own plushies! How cool is that? Her room is so cool; there's LED lights and I just can't describe it because it's so cool. And she only lives 12 minutes away by bike, so when it gets warmer, we can bike to our houses. She has a few pets (a bird, lizard, and cat!), which is also cool.
The drawing thing at school is still a lot, but she's been helping so much! I'll probably have my report card next time I write. Bye diary!

Hi diary! Report card is here and I think it's okay!
I got As and Bs in everything, but I did get a C+ in History. I kinda forgot to do a project once, so that's probably why. But it's still a good grade! I'm not writing much today since I'm going over to Olive's house for a sleepover. Bye diary!
