Transorexigender is a neurogender, transgender identity in which one feels that their transgender identity is connected to their anorexia nervosa or eating disorder. This can include:
- Feeling as if they developed the disorder due to gender dysphoria
- Feeling as if they discovered their identity via having the disorder
- Feeling as if their identity has been changed by the disorder
