Tiramisugender is a xenogender and a gastrogender identity which is closely related and can be traced back to the Italian dessert tiramisu.

People who identify with this may a strong connection to tiramisu's ingredients: coffee, Naples biscuits, mascarpone, marsala wine, and/or cocoa powder. Their identity may be bittersweet — combining the dessert's subtle alcoholic aftertaste with its saccharine side — and layered like the cake.

Tiramisugender can be considered under the cakegender umbrella.
