Shiftgender (Idingender)

Shiftgender is an idingender identity in which one's gender is defined by its shifting nature, despite the gender itself being constant. One's gender shifts/changes in its feeling(s), alignment(s), and/or expression(s) without becoming an entirely different gender. Though it has a changing nature, the gender itself remains the same, and never becomes a completely separate one.

Common Definitions

“	Shiftgender is a gender identified by it's "shifting" nature, changing in feeling and expression without becoming an entirely different gender. This gender can involve multiple gendered feelings at once, or just one, but it is never exactly any other gender- it remains itself even as it changes. This is similar to, but not the same, as Genderfluid.	”
