Semiboy

Not to be confused with Demiboy or Hemiboy.

Semiboy or mosgirl is a gender identity in which one's gender is androgyne, but less than half a boy. One's amount of maleness may vary, but never enough to halve or excel their femaleness.

Etymology

Semi (meaning partly) combined with boy, meaning partly a girl. The lack of the womanhood in the name does not emphasize the manhood, as it mentions that the user is only partly a boy.
