Sapphirian is a combination between blue moonian quartz and milkian quartz from the Quartz System. It is both masculine aligned and neutral aligned, but it is not male aligned. It may also be described as neutrois but masculine and neural-aligned. One's gender may fluctuate and/or be fluid between these two genders but doesn't have to be.
