Premale is a gender identity in which one's gender is connected to the concept of Premale being a gender. If you feel like you have a connection with this gender, you are this gender.

History

How to differentiate it from different uses of "Premale"

There are different uses of the word "Premale". The best way to clarify you're talking about this gender is to call it something like "Premale (arrow gender)" with the arrow gender being a reference to the sign.
