Nixboy

Nixboy is a gender identity in which one is any aligned (fem, masc, neutral) agender and has a connection to boy-like femininity. Nixboy is a subset of rosboy, plutoboy, and rosgirl.^[1]

The prefix "nix-" is derived from one of Pluto's moons, called Nix, with the suffix -boy to represent boy like femininity.
