Not Trans or Cis (NTOC) is a term for biologically transgender individuals who reject the term.[1]

Definition

NTOC people are people who are biologically transgender, but do not wish to be labelled as such. They are also not cisgender, nor are they their birth gender, they are "just a boy/girl". NTOC people typically only use he/him or she/her pronouns, and are very much the same as people who are cisgender, only they are biologically transgender. Some NTOC individuals reject the terms "Queer", "LGBTQ", etc, and do not identify as LGBTQ in general.[2]

When I tell others I am transgender, I feel like I am lying to them and myself. I am not transgender, I'm just a boy.
