Moncaffigender is a xenogender identity in which one's gender is related to the caffeine rush that Monster Energy drinks give. This gender feels stronger and more positive when people of this gender have had Monster Energy and are experiencing a caffeine rush because of it, and feels weaker and more negative when people of this gender have not.
