Mascflux is a gender that fluctuates between mingenders, said genders do not have to be miaspec. Mascflux is under the genderflux umbrella.

An example of this would be someone who's gender fluctuated between azurgirl, demimasculine, libramasculine, and agender.

A subset of mascflux is virilflux.

History

The term, mascflux, was originally used as another term for boyflux. This changed when what-the-heck-gender-am-i recoined the term on July 28th, 2016.[2][3]

A flag was not made for the term until November 28th, 2018, made by lightningfilledsaber.[1]

On September 22nd, 2020, grove-sky made their own mascflux flag.[4] Also in 2020, transzoemurphy made a flag as well.[5]

On November 26th, 2021, Hiddn.haydn made a flag for mascflux as well.[6]
