Linaricgender is an umbrella term that can be used to describe individuals who do not wish to be perceived as their said/theoretical gender or wish to be perceived as a different or specific gender than their said/theoretical.

It can be considered an umbrella term for liliumgender, linariagender, and linumgender.

A linaricgender individual does not need to feel a specific gender to identify with the term.

Examples of linaricgender experiences may include:

  • One's gender is one most would be unable to perceive
  • One does not wish for their gender to be perceived
  • One prefers to be perceived as a gender apart from the one they feel
  • One’s gender is fluid and they prefer to identify with a static term

Alternatively, it may be used as a standalone term by those who do not want to be `seen` gender wise or general, as well as use with other terms. A person identifying with this term may or may not choose to use pronouns. This term can be used by neurodivergent individuals but is not exclusive.
