Lephiangender, also known as lephgender, is an orientationgender identity in which one's gender identity is so connected to their lephian identity to the point that they cannot be separated.
Lephiangender individuals may also identify as lesbiangender, sapphicgender, maedicgender, faunicgender, or other orientationgender identities.
