Lainios is a xenogender identity where one's gender is connected to ghosts and femininity. Someone who identifies as lainios doesn't experience a feminine gender connection in the same way as a human feminine gender connection is experienced.[1]
Lainios is part of the Spectral Gender System and is exclusive to ghostkin and/or other spectral kintypes.[1]
