History

Keyboardsmashic was coined on August 6th, 2022 by Pinterest user SURGE!!. It was supposed to represent the emotions of keyboard smashing.

Flag

The flag was designed by SURGE!! on the same day. The flag consists of a rainbow patterned stripes, random letters on the top and the bottom, representing the keyboard smashing, outlined white hearts, and a giant scribble ball in the middle.
