Jengagender is a genderfluid identity in which one's gender changes suddenly, often when one is thinking about their gender.
"Jenga" comes from the game of the same name, comparing the often sudden "collapse" (change) of one's gender, which ties into the idea that thinking about one's gender (removing a block) may cause the tower (gender) to collapse. This gender may feel unstable, as if it may collapse at any moment.
