The IQgender flag depicts a simplified picture of the Human Brain on a gradient that spans from green to blue. It is known that the brain represents the symbol of IQgenderism (Intelligence), but it is not known what the gradient means.

IQgender was first tagged by a Discord user on the 11th of October, 2020.
On the 12th of October, 2020, IQgender gained popularity and became a meme among the members of the origin Discord Server, although it is not known whether some people identifying themselves as IQgender were joking.
