Hypodysphoria, or low gender dysphoria, describes a light or less intense feeling of gender dysphoria. Hypodysphoric experiences may seem mild or moderate when contrasted with what's expected as typical dysphoria.[1]
It's considered the counterpart of hyperdysphoria (a term for high dysphoria). The term hypodysphoria appeared specifically when hyperdysphoric was coined.[2]
