Gendervolna is a gender identity in which one may feel a wave of a gender wash over them, ranging in intensity depending on the size of the wave.
These waves are usually short and brief, and feel as if they fade in and back out.
This may occur randomly or be triggered by doing or thinking something related to that gender.
This is similar to genderspike.
