Coquillagean

Coquillagean is a xenogender identity in which one's gender is related to and/or influenced by seashells, sea creatures, or anything related to the sea. One's gender may feel a partial or full alignment to the ocean, as well as experience undulations in the intensity of their gender identity that can be connected to the changing of the tides.

Alternatively or additionally, one's gender is particularly connected to seashells, collecting of seashells, and/or gift shops at beaches.

Etymolgy

The gender's name is derived from the French word "coquillage", meaning "seashell".
