Concefae
Concefae (also known as concegenderfae or concedoe) is an idingender identity where one's gender does not encompass masculine, man-aligned, miaspec, or any genders similar to these, and tend to not feel mingenders unless said gender happens to also be woman-aligned too (such as azurgirl, for example). However, the individual cannot tell exactly when their gender changes.
In order to figure out what one's gender is in that moment; they have to concentrate and think hard about what gender they are in that moment (either all or most of the time).
Concefae is a subset of concegender and genderfae.
