The connection to cinnamon emphasizes non-conforming boyhood as it represents boyhood with different distinct qualities, like the aroma and flavor of cinnamon.
Cinnaboy may be specifically appealing to those who have a connection to boyhood, masculinity, and/or male-alignment, though it can be neutral or otherwise gendered as well.
