Skyfluid is an identity where one's gender is determined by the sky, this could mean one of multiple things

  1. One's gender depends on the appearance of the sky. Eg: One's gender feels more agender when the sky is black, but female when the sky is blue.
  2. One's gender changes to mirror the appearance of the sky. Eg: If the sky is partially cloudy, then one's gender feels like a partially cloudy sky.
  3. One's gender doesn't feel like a sky, but changes to match the appearance of the sky. Eg: If the sky is gray and cloudy, then one's gender feels grey and cloudy, but it doesn't feel like a sky.

Common Definitions

Skyfluid is an idingender identity and a subcategory of mutogender. Skyfluid is when one’s gender is determined by the appearance of the sky. This could mean one of a couple things:

— One’s gender depends on the appearance of the sky. For instance, one feels more agender when the sky is black, but female when the sky is blue and clear, but nonbinary when the sky is cloudy. — One’s gender changes to mirror the appearance of the sky. For instance, if the sky is partially cloudy, then one’s gender is a partially cloudy sky, while if the sky is orange, yellow, and blue, one’s gender feels like an orange, yellow, and blue sky. — One’s gender does not feel like a sky, but changes to look like the appearance of the sky. For instance, if the sky is gray and cloudy, then one’s gender feels gray and cloudy, but it doesn’t feel like a sky.
