History

Aporavir was coined on September 27, 2020 by Tumblr user your-bigender-big-brother.[1]

Flag

The original aporavir flag was created on September 27, 2020, the blue stripes representing the gendervir identity and the purple and yellow stripes representing aporinity.[1] A redesigned version of the flag was made by Tumblr user neopronouns on January 18th, 2021.[2]
