Nuncgender is a form of genderfluidity where one feels as if their gender has a translucent sheet of glass layered on top of their fluid gender. The layered gender can be a strong or loose feeling depending on the person, however sometimes the fluid gender is more dominant. Nuncgender is a Pocket Gender.

An example of this could be a nuncgender person experiencing feel agender dominantly and underneath could be genderselkie.

Nunc- can be used as a prefix to describe the person's dominant gender, such as: nuncboy, nuncgirl, nuncenby and so on. The origin of "nunc" from Latin, it means layered. This describes the layered feeling of a nuncgender individual.

History

Nuncgender was coined by Gender Wiki user SamsonProud on November 3rd 2020.[2] That same day, Guns Før Hands made flags for nuncgender.[3]

The first Nuncgender flag by Guns Før Hands has a china ivory color that is to represent that the gender can be anything, the Caribbean green signifies a combination of male and another gender, the eastern blue color is to signify the male gender, the mandy pink is to signify the female gender, and the orange is to represent a combination of female and another gender.

The second Nuncgender flag by Guns Før Hands has an algae green that is to represent how the gender is somewhat male and somewhat another, the rhino blue is to signify being male, the mulled wine color is to signify that male is only an overlay, the dusty teal is to represent a fluid or fluctuating gender, and the blue haze color is to symbolize a combination of both binary genders.

The Nuncgirl flag by Samsonproud has an atomic orange color that is to represent the gender is somewhat female and somewhat another, the metallic copper is to signify being female, the brownish pink is to represent the female gender can be influenced by the underneath genders, the orange is to signify the fluid or fluctuating gender, and the blue haze color is to symbolize a combination of both binary genders.
