Misérableslivric is an xenogender identity in which one's gender is related to the book Les Misérables by Victor Hugo. This may or may not include various other adaptations, such as musicals, movies, etc.

History

All three misérableslivric flags were designed by Fandom user HelenDaMelon on August 29, 2025.[1]

Etymology

"Misérables" comes from the name of the book Les Misérables; "livric" comes from the French word livre, meaning "book", combined with the -ic suffix. Pronunciation follows how the title and word are prononced; "miserahb-livre-ic".
