Altsoftpupboy is a pupgender with three definitions:

1. One's gender is masculine-aligned and related to being a dog/pup/canine that is alternative and soft.
2. One's gender is related to being deeply connected to dogs/puppies/canines, being masculine, soft aesthetics, and being alternative.
3. A masculine combination of alternative-related genders, soft and/or soft-related genders, and dog/pup/canine-related genders.
