Altsoftcatgirl is a xenogender and catgender identity with multiple definitions:

1. One's gender is feminine-aligned and related to being a cat that is alternative and soft.
2. One's gender is related to being deeply connected to cats, being feminine, soft aesthetics, and being alternative.
3. A feminine combination of alternative-related genders, soft and/or soft-related genders, and cat-related genders.

One can use one of these definitions or a combination of them, or all three.

The masculine counterpart to altsoftcatgirl is altsoftcatboy.
