Isomasculine is a gender identity in which one's gender is masculine and isogender.

Common Definitions

ISOMASC(ULINE): to be masculine / masculine-aligned / masculine-adjacent / MIN and being neither cis nor trans; a masculine / masculine-aligned / masculine-adjacent / MIN gender experience that is in between, beyond or removed from the cisgender/transgender dichotomy; a masculine / masculine-aligned / masculine-adjacent / MIN individual that is cisn’t and transn’t simultaneously.

History

The original isomasculine flag was created by Pupyzu on April 29th, 2021.[1] The alternative gender flag was created by Idkwhattodoyeet on June 6th, 2025.[2]
