Genderdark
Genderdark (formerly called darkgender) is a xenogender and kenochord that feels dark or distorted, though not necessarily bad or evil. It can also be used as a prefix or suffix, for example, darkgirl or girldark.
Not to be confused with darkgender, an unrelated colorgender.

History
Genderdark was first coined by Fandom user RoseWatera on January 24, 2021 through an edit to the LGBTA Wiki.[1] It was originally named darkgender, but it was changed to genderdark as "darkgender" already existed. RoseWatera recoined the term with an identical definition on their Tumblr blog on October 10, 2021.[2]
